Private Yoga Classes
Private Yoga Instruction:
A perfect way to accommodate your busy life and receive individual attention. These classes are structured to meet your unique needs. Whether you're new to yoga and wanting to learn the basics, or are a more experienced practitioner looking to take your practice deeper, private yoga is beneficial and a wonderful gift for yourself or someone you love. Students receive individual attention, learning specifics in alignment and breath. These classes are great compliments to public classes and take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home or private studio space.
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga:
Are you interested in learning how yoga is beneficial during pregnancy and for birth preparation? Or are you simply wanting to learn how to safely modify your practice as your body changes and your baby grows? These classes are especially geared to prepare you physically and mentally for giving birth. Learn how yoga can help ease common discomforts of pregnancy and help you to connect to your baby. These classes are great for both beginners new to yoga, as well as more experienced yogis. In Postnatal yoga learn how to safely rebuild strength in your core and pelvic floor muscles, rest deeply in restorative poses and how to practice yoga with your baby.
Small Group Sessions:
Small group classes are an excellent way to share yoga with your friends/family/co-workers in a more intimate setting.
Wedding Day Yoga:
Lindsey will travel to your wedding venue (within the greater Bay Area) and bring yoga to you on your special day! This is a great way to relax and get grounded before you say "I do!". This is also a fun activity to get your wedding party and/or guests together.
Partner Birth Prep Classes:
A super sweet and intimate way to prepare for birth with your partner. Classes can be held in a private studio space or in the comfort of your own home.
Restorative Yoga is the use of props (like blankets, bolsters, straps, eye pillows, chairs, blocks etc.) to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a therapeutic approach to yoga and works directly with the nervous system to reduce the physiological effects of stress and fatigue.
Lindsey will come to your place of work and energize, relax and motivate your team. These classes are designed to relieve workplace stress and promote healthy lifestyles and well-being... and this means more productivity, less sick leave and happier employees! Classes can take place in the morning, at lunch or after work. All we need is a conference room, an empty office or a break room. Any place where furniture can be moved aside will work! Classes can be a one time event for team building purposes or ongoing weekly.
